The Belvidere Discount Mall has developed a market niche within its
community. What distinguishes
the Belvidere Discount Mall from the numerous retail centers nearby is our
unique tenant mix along with our “best of both worlds” physical
layout.
With a mixture of regional/national retailers and a dominance of local
retailers and service businesses, we offer shoppers a one-of-a-kind unique
shopping environment, rather than a “cookie-cutter” mall with the same
tenants that can be found in hundreds of other malls across the country.
Our store sizes range from 300 square feet on up to further enhance
our variety. Most of our
retailers have taken a “no-frills” marketing concept which allows them to offer
true “discount” prices. Our
image within the community is that of a truly discount mall.
We offer the convenience of an enclosed shopping mall with all the
advantages of a strip center — street identity signage for all tenants,
single-floor layout, and a simple floor plan so your store, and your
customers, won’t get lost in the shuffle.
