Theron graduated from Marquette University with a double Major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship in 2007. At Marquette, Theron was President of the Real Estate Club. Under Theron’s leadership, the Real Estate Club grew to the largest student organization on campus.

Shortly after graduation, Theron joined Imperial Realty as an Administrator. In May 2009, Theron was promoted to Senior Property Manager and in January 2011, Theron decided to join our Brokerage Department and now Theron is responsible for leasing any and all of Imperial Realty’s 65+ properties in the Chicagoland Metropolitan Area consisting of office, retail and industrial real estate. Since joining the Brokerage Department, Theron has proven himself to be an essential part of its success and has been operational in putting together deals. By knowing how to meet the client’s particular requirements and thorough knowledge of the real estate market, Theron has earned honors within the department and is now one of Imperial Realty’s highest producing brokers.
