Theron graduated from Marquette University with a double Major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship in 2007.  At Marquette, Theron was President of the Real Estate Club.  Under Theron’s leadership, the Real Estate Club grew to the largest student organization on campus.  

Shortly after graduation, Theron joined Imperial Realty as an Administrator.  In this position, Theron inspected properties, prepared site inspection reports, managed properties as needed, and worked closely with Ownership and Property Management on special projects.  In May 2009, Theron was promoted to Senior Property Manager and now oversees projects for Imperial Realty’s 60+ properties including office and retail throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Working closely with each Property Manager, Theron leads and inspires his team toward successful and resourceful property management.
