Susan Paras joined Imperial Realty in October 1987 as its Bookkeeper and then was promoted to its Accounting Manager. As Accounting Manager, Susan reports to the CFO and is responsible for the oversight and the day-to-day operations for the accounting department. Susan’s responsibilities consist of accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billing, account reconciliations and payroll. 

Susan grew up in the Philippines and moved to New York City in the early 1980’s where she worked as a Staff Accountant in the garment industry. Susan received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of the East, Manila, in the Philippines. 

Susan and her husband of 31 years live in a north suburb of Chicago and have two children.
