Steve Freeman
Chief Financial Officer

Steve Freeman joined Imperial Realty in 1991 then again in 2000 as its Chief Financial Officer. Steve is responsible for managing all financial activities of the company including financial risks, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting its officers. Steve’s mission is to assure the effective management and financial integrity of all Imperial Realty’s assets, activities, and resources by developing and implementing and monitoring Department-wide policies and systems in the areas finance and accounting, internal controls, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Imperial Realty, Steve worked at ING Realty as a Portfolio Manager, was Project Manager for a large condominium conversion at Golub & Company, was Portfolio Manager at JMB Realty Company and worked as an Accountant in a public accounting firm as his first position after college.

Steve received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve has been married for eight years and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
