Sheri Dressler joined Imperial Realty in August 2002 as a Senior Property Manager. She came to us with over 15 years of retail and office leasing and management experience; a strong foundation built from working with some formidable industry leaders. 

As Senior Manager, Sheri works closely with our Director of Property Management and is primarily responsible for vendor and tenant relations. Sheri heads up all corporate wide contracts for Imperial Realty’s portfolio, working in conjunction with all company personnel and outside vendors with direct responsibility for assuring cost efficiencies are being met and overseeing contract compliance. Additionally, with Sheri’s excellent communication and organizational skills she maintains positive tenant relations by creating and sustaining good will between landlord and tenant and by providing consistently responsive quality services.

Sheri graduated from Indiana University in 1985 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate Administration from Kelley School of Business. She has held a State of Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License since 1985.

Sheri resides with her husband and daughters in Chicago’s north suburbs.
