Phil Huml joined Imperial Realty in 1998 as a Senior Brokerage Associate. Phil is responsible for leasing any and all of Imperial Realty’s
70 properties in the Chicagoland Metropolitan Area consisting of office, retail and industrial real estate. Since joining the Brokerage Department, Phil has since been an essential part of its success and has been operational in putting together 350+ deals. By knowing how to meet the client’s particular requirements and thorough knowledge of the real estate market, Phil has earned honors within the department during his tenure which include six (6) awards for Highest Producing Broker and seven (7) awards for Most Active Broker!
Phil has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry and has been on both sides of the table with experience in Commercial Mortgage Finance as well as Commercial Mortgage Management.
Phil received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from Bradley University in Peoria.
