Michael Zukerman
Senior Property Manager
 Michael Zukerman joined Imperial Realty in October 2009 as a Senior
Property Manager. Michael’s primary responsibility in this role is
to manage the execution of construction and development projects for
Imperial’s portfolio, consisting of more than 60 properties including
office and retail throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Michael
works closely with the Director of Property Management and manages
Imperial’s architectural staff to ensure all projects are completed
on time and expectations are achieved.
Michael has over twenty years of experience encompassing property
and asset management, investment, development, brokerage and
commercial banking. He has a cross-disciplinary background in
banking, architecture and real estate, and has been involved as a
principal in diversified real estate portfolios valued at more than
$1.8 Billion.
Michael received his Bachelors degree in Architectural Studies in
1990 from University of Illinois-Urbana with an additional major in
real estate/finance. He attended graduate school at The University
of Chicago. Michael is an Illinois licensed real estate broker.
Michael lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago, has been married
for 11 years and has 3 children.
