Kevin Kanoski joined Imperial Realty Company as its Architect in December, 2007. In this position, Kevin is responsible for all of Imperial Realty’s architectural, engineering and planning services. This includes project and construction management, space planning as well as a full range of commercial architectural services for Imperial Realty’s portfolio of 60+ buildings. Kevin works closely with ownership and staff to ensure all projects are completed on time and expectations are met. Kevin designs, develops plans and implements projects from initial concept to overseeing construction to finish. His other responsibilities include assisting in cost estimating, scheduling and quality control measures as well as the supervision and coordination of outside resources and consultants when necessary. 

Prior to joining Imperial, Kevin worked in at both Civil Engineering and Commerical Architectural firms specializing in hospitality and commercial restoration and was proprietor of his own Architectural firm. 

Kevin received his Architectural degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign. Kevin received his Architectural License in 2002 and is a Registered Energy Professional through the City of Chicago.

Kevin grew up in the Chicagoland area and currently resides in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago with his daughter and wife of 11 years.
