Judy Eichner joined Imperial Realty in January 2009 as our Director of Human Resources and Property Manager. As Director of Human Resources, Judy has responsibility for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of Imperial Realty Company’s employees including Recruiting, Hiring, and Performance Management. In addition, Judy manages Imperial’s commercial office buildings from Lincolnwood to Skokie in our Near North Portfolio. 
Judy received her BA from Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon and her MBA from DePaul University. Judy began her career in banking operations. Prior to prior to joining Imperial Realty, she was the Executive Director for a non-profit, a role she held at three other non-profit organizations. 

Judy and her husband have been married for 20 years, have two children and reside in Chicago’s northern suburbs.
