Jeff Berkowitz
Senior Property Manager
 Jeff Berkowitz joined Imperial Realty in April 2007 as a Senior Property Manager. As Senior Manager, Jeff supervises Imperial Realty’s property asset portfolio consisting of more than 60 properties including office, retail, industrial and residential assets throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Working closely with each Portfolio Manager, Jeff leads and motivates his staff toward successful and efficient property management.
Jeff started his career brokering investment deals in commercial real estate, where he successfully sold and leased all types of properties, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and special-use assets. Jeff has also managed multi-million dollar commercial project developments and renovations, leading teams of contractors to successful and timely completions. Eventually Jeff diversified into facility management, representing private ownerships around the Chicagoland area and greater Midwest.
Jeff graduated from the University of Kansas in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Illinois.
Jeff has been married for 14 years, has 2 children, and resides in one of Chicago’s near north suburbs.
