Ann Regan joined Imperial’s Legal Department in October of 2009 where she assists in managing legal matters pertaining to the portfolio and lease compliance.  Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a high volume of commercial leases, legal database maintenance, dispute resolution, litigation, collection matters, and providing daily legal services to support staff, the General Counsel and other senior management.

Prior to joining IRC, Ann worked for the City of Chicago and the Chicago Park District.   Ann also had a solo practice, concentrating in the fields of Real Estate and Business Law and also did contract work specializing in e-discovery.   Ann received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and her JD from John Marshall School of Law.  Ann was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2006.  She is a member of The Chicago Bar Association.
