Ben Lockwood joined Imperial Realty as its Director of Property Management in 1998. As Director of Property Management, Ben supports Imperial Realty Company’s mission, vision and values by exhibiting excellence and competence, collaboration and innovation. Through Ben’s mentorship, he leads the Property Management Department and the Architectural Department. Ben is ownership’s liaison between property managers, architects, maintenance personnel, vendors and tenants. Ben oversees capital projects, supervision and the day to day operations of Imperial Realty’s portfolio, which includes management contracts and vendor relations for its 65 Chicagoland Metropolition properties comprising of over ten million square feet.
